Refund Policy

For pre orders, cancellations/refunds are not taken as products are imported, if you have received an incorrect product do contact us as soon as you receive the product. 

We highly recommend customers to take an unboxing video of the received package in case the product received is damaged.

Returns are not taken. Replacements will only be done if product is defective (wrong print, etc.) Customer must provide the evidence regarding the issue to our team within 24h after receiving the product (via WhatsApp/Instagram).
